Horrible Service
I called MTN just a minute ago, to ask for some sort of quotation for my Sony phone that needs to be repaired. The person that helped me was so rude to me on the phone! <br> <br> I have tried all day to speak to someone for some sort of assistance but with this ******* service I have been receiving I may as well cancel the hole contract.

In order for one to get a quotation on a phone it has to be booked in, in order for our repair center to check and see what the damages and the costs are to fix the phone .
