Horrible service 0 star.

I am writing this with utmost dissatisfaction from MTN and their horrible service. I have been trying to cancel Wi-Fi I was misinformed about I signed up for a month to month Wi-Fi but they gave me a 24 month Wi-Fi requested a call recording to this day nothing. If I could give them 0 star I would but unfortunately I can't. I have been with MTN for almost 2 decades but clearly they do not value their customers. I Cancelled that Wi-Fi on the 30th of January but they keep on billing me for something I am not even using.
