Horrible poor service

Yesterday 4th of September. I called MTN to change my address for my home router since i have relocated. Been on the phone since 10h30 am. All consultants i spoke to could not help or they are just incomptent. Till now my router is not working. They all asked me for the address and said there is coverage. Spoke to Undiphile who assured me that he had fixed the issue, the router worked for 20 mins and stopped. Called again and spoke to Thuli at this point i was extremey frastrsted i requested to speak to a manager they said manager wil call me back that was at 14h30. Nobody called me back. Thuli said i need to take router back to the shop where i got the contract which is in another province she then dropped the call on my ear. Called again and spoke to Luyanda i told him what Thuli said he said i dont need to take the router anywhere. He will fix becsuse he could not pick up the new address that i gave then since 10h30. He also assured me that it will work again it worked for 20 mins, he promised to call me back after 20 mins to check if it working snd he didnt call. Till now as i write this. Its not working. Thr worst service i have ever gotten. Will br changing network provider. This is total waste of my money. My number is ***
