Horrible! Pathetic! Useless!

MTN is the worst ever!!! Online is so pathetic, you order on their website , and ask them for feedback , they cant assist because a third party does their online sales ?? what in the world?? i ordered from mtn online so mtn online is supposed to assist me not a third party called mondo .. I didn't order from them ..

I ordered December ,, late January i got a Debi check mandate ,,,, February i called for feedback they told me its all done.. They then gave me a monthly 8GB simcard as a contract with no device !!!!!!!!!! that i have to pay for which I didn't even order... I ordered a cellphone.

Mtn couldn't asset because mondo did the application.. i dont even know who and what mondo is .

I hate MTN and regret opening a contract
