Horrible, pathetic service from MTN Eastgate

The service at the Eastgate MTN branch is extremely poor. I reported my experience to their customer care, and despite their apology, they haven't made any efforts to improve the situation. It's been almost two months now and I still haven't received my laptop that I successfully app**** for.
