Horrible, Patehtic and Appalling service from MTN

I have logged an enquiry with MTN for an incorrect billing on a router contract and also being advanced with incorrect data as well. I have contacted MTN numerous times and all i get from the *********** gents is being referred to Sales department as thy claim they are just agents they do not have the April Pamphlet that serves as proof of what i signed up for. Also the agents keep telling me a lame story that i should email my contract whereas one gave me an incorrect email address : ********** second agent did not even give me his email address but insisted that i forward my contract , same agent refused to call his team leader when i asked to speak to his team leader. Same agent told me his team leader is busy with something important than my enquiry, and that team leader would give me a call after 30 minutes as they have my contact details. No one has bothered to call me and when i check my statement i am billed R210.00 a month for a router whereas my contract states in black and white the ****** router is for R199.00 for 24 months.
