Horrible non-existent service

I have sent MULTIPLE emails to MTN customer care and I get NO positive response on my refund that I requested. Ticket number ***. Is MTN hoping for my request to DISAPPEAR?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? Do you want me to go to ICASA AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!
