Horrible MTN Support Service

The MTN committment to provide quality service with staff working from home (with the odd chance of disturbance by children, hadedahs, etc) is nothing but a farce. Shame on MTN to treat clients like this at the worst possible time. Have been trying to get hold of one of the work from home operators for two days now. Line either disconnects or you sit for hours listening to mundane MTN tunes. My line is suspended. Proof of payment emailed. Nothing but a deathly silence from MTN. Emails dont work. Contact numbers dont work. Maybe consider just closing shop instead of collecting revenue and dissappearing into thin air.
