Horrible MTN service.

I have now been struggling with MTN's pathetic service since Sept last year JUST to allocate a payment that i made so i dont fall behind because they failed to deduct it as normal ONLY in January they were able to allocate this payment so i went paid my account even regrettably upgraded one of my contracts now all of the sudden over 3000 is deducted from my account after i have asked in store the day i paid my account is everything now sorted out i was assured everything is good. PLEASE PEOPLE STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PATHETIC PLACE AS YOU CAN in store or over the phone equally *********** its sickening the amount of hours i spent in store and on the phone trying to sort their **** out its ridiculous.
