Horrible MTN Service and False Promises

After having multiple calls with MTN to cancel a contract which ended in 2022, once again i am debited for an increased amount. Not only was i promised on the call that i will not be charged for this data sim going forward. A contract of R199 becoming R599 after it expires does not make any sense to me.
