Horrible MTN service

I am deeply saddened by what happened. I purchased a 1 gig data and it disappeared in 3 hours, mind you im at work so im not on my fone a lot. 4th of Nov i called in and spoke to Thando Nofemele and i was told to write a letter of which i took my time and wrote a letter requesting a detailed report of where my data disappeared to. I followed up with Mpho who then said i must call again the next day because there is no feedback as yet. Today 10th on Nov i called in and was told that the department that they escalated to can not give me records i mean how???? My reference number is Req*** how do they charge me if they don’t know what i used the data for?
