Horrible MTN , MTN employs *****sters

I have a contract with MTN out of no where a staffer collusion with *****sters managed to change my primary number and physical address and new phone contract application was processed. For days I have been struggling to get assistance in this regard. My concern what is the use of customer pin when engaging with MTN if *****sters can do as they please with your profile? At the moment my number is barred from making a 135 call but can call all other numbers. I Remember visiting customer centre in Fairlands where it was full of customers complaining about such n never thought one day it will be me. Thanx to SAFPS whom I think blocked the transaction since I use their service to protect my ID against any *****.

Your call centre agents are clueless, always escalating it is months now.

I have another gripe with PAYG service, for another day. Your service is whack or u get pleasure or make profit from disgruntled customers or is sheer arrogance.

My current contract number is *** My PAYG number is *** not working cause of Rica challenges where your Toti shop cannot help nor be polite but u refer customers to a place with limited access to helping customers.
