Horrible MTN insurance

I lost my phone in 2021 and claimed my phone with insurance in October 2021 I waited for atleast 3weeks for a response,never got any until I reached out they told me they are investigating and they ended up telling me my claim was dismissed because my sim card was removed but mtn could not pick up that my sim card was removed,this matter still has not been resolved
