HORRIBLE MTN Data Deals. Poor Customer Experience

I recently qualified gor an upgrade. Took a deal on Black Friday on my main number. I asked the lady from sale if my number eont turn into a data SIM she said it wont. Now I can’t uy voice bundles or do anything. I tried calling, firstly I waited for an hour to get answered. Then I’m being oushed from department to department just so I can cancel this garbage. Why can’t I just get data and be able to do as I please with my number? Customer service at MTN is horrible, the consultants are unfriendly and rude, one lady was even shouting at me I’m beyond annoyed. I’m porting.
