HORRIBLE MTN CUSTOMER SERVICE

Customer service with the upgrade of my contract has been the worst experience.

All your staff ar capable of doing is to not do anything but say they can not help.

I want a senior representative of mtn to contact me. These low ranking employees are just there to ***** from you as much as the 3rd party companies you get to phone your customers.
