Horrible MTN again
Mtn has messed up with my credit score. There are two numbers that where **********ly added on my contract. I discovered this through statements which I received saying I owed more then my top up contract. Numerous phone calls were made,trying to sort this issue out, I was instructed to write an affidavit and send it to their legal Dept. From there no statements where sent to me. I have people building went to the bank to get a loan and to my surprise MTN has listed me for R43 000 and I cannot get approved.
