Horrible MTN

Utter ******* service!!!!! I pay my account every single month and on time!!!!! My service was switched off Today due to "no payment" no one calls or no notification is sent advising me you have not received payment or proof of payment. You just switch my phones completely off. Only to then suddenly locate my payment. This service is appealing to say the least. If I could cancel my service with you right now I would!!!
