Horrible Horrible Service

I need someone to help me with my account because everyone I have spoken to has not been able to assist. On the 25th of August I owed R4300 on my MTN account and on the same day I made a payment of R1500 leaving the account with an outstanding balance of R2800.

They then sent me a cancellation letter saying I owe 1989 of outstanding fees and R5181 of an early cancellation. They sent this to me on the 30th of August and then proceeded to block my number.

Now I’m being told I need to pay R4900, how is this possible when I only owe then R2800? That including my installment for September would be R3790.

I also find out that my installment is not R1385.

When was my installment increased from R984 to R1385?

No one spoke to me about that.

I want to pay the R3790 today so that I can get my number back, I am not willing to pay R4900 and I need assistance with why my installment was changed from R984 to R1385.
