Horrible horrible service

The service i am receiving from mtn is beyond horrible it doesn't even deserve a star. My dad had a contract with you and eventually it ended or so we thought. My dad was handed over to mbd and we were informed that we still owe 310 for cancellation which i ended up paying on the 26 September 2021 at Mtn Wonderpark mall but till today we are still being harassed by mtn n mbd for the money that we paid. Waiting to hear from you!!
