Horrible handling & management of accounts

Horrible experience with the finance department! I paid off my account via your assigned debt collection (of which the money came straight into your MTN bank account) and today, exactly 1y7months I get contacted by a different collection company that I am owing MTN! Firstly, your accounting department fails to do the right financial consolidation, secondly, your capturing department captures incorrectly and lastly, your legal department team is not up to scratch with client information.
