Horrible First MTN contract experience

I would give a zero if possible, as I am extremely appalled with the service I've received. Bought a Redmi Note 12 Pro+ online on the 18th of May. Received a call not long after to confirm my purchase and complete order basically with debit details. This was supposed to come with a Xiaomi Watch S1 Active and Mi City Backpack. I only received the watch a month later after being passed from one department to the other with no clear communication as to when I'd receive it. However, received multiple calls for insurance, to this day I still haven't received my Mi City Backpack, nor have I received any communication as to what the hold up is, when can I expect it. Took my frustration to Twitter and was told that my query has been escalated and I will receive feedback ASAP. To this day I've got nothing and that isn't even the worst part. I'm not being debited the amount that was agreed on and once again trying to sort that out. I keep getting responses that are clearly for the sake of responding. Once this is sorted, know I'm definitely not doing business with MTN ever again.
