HORRIBLE EXPRIENCE!!!
Good day I would like to share the terrible experience that I had with MTN.I was on holiday over the festive season and my phone was ****** I phoned MTN immediately to block my phone instead they asked fir my serial number which I did not have as I was on holiday and did expect something that to happen to me, the other question they asked was if I can remember the first day when I used my phone for the first time which was impossible to remember. Right now as I'm typing this message I had to open a ***** case these people were able to hack into my bank account and stole all my money because my phone linked to my bank account and they were able to buy gadgets and phones on my other clothing accounts online because those accounts were linked to my account as beneficiaries.
My experience with MTN was horrible and I have lost all the trust I used to have in this service provider as this was a matter of emergency I feel that they could have at least done something to block my phone.

THE QUESTION IS WHY COULDN'T THEY HELP ME WHEN I NEEDED THE HEKP THE DAMAGE IS DONE AND I STILL SAY THE SERVICE SUCKS AND I STILL BLAME THEM FOR MY BANK ACCOUNTS TO BE HACKED AND CLOTHING ACCOUNTS THEY COULDN'T EVEN DO A SIMPLE SM SWAP.
