Horrible Experience with MTN
<p>For 4 months now am still waiting for MTN to send me my Aug 2016 invoice/statement.I spoke to Jack Ngcobo(Durban) Langavi Baloyi (JHB) Mmasechaba Tsia and they all promised me to get the invoice within 24 hours but to date am still waiting.My last engagement was with Katlego Mosia who promised me the same and aslo gave me his email ********** to contact him if I did not get the statement.Above all they charged me for ad-hoc itemised billing statement on the 21th of OCT 2016.</p> <p>I need help on this matter asap</p> <p> ********** 220</p>
