Horrible Experience MTN - *******

If you want issues in your life get @MTNza @MTNzaService contract. I had a contract with MTN for years and I canceled it in Sept 2022 due to their staff ***** on my account , however I have been debited for the past 3 months including December😡🤬,sent numerous emails with no response, I don't regret joining Vodacom.

I have called call Centre more than 3 times, obtained reference numbers and issue still not resolved yet I got an SMS indicating that my query is resolved, how is it resolved without me getting feedback and or update. Awaiting 21 days to lapse so that I can take this up with regulator (ICASA), This is THEE Worse Customer EXPERIENCE ever experienced and frustrated with this provider
