Horrible Experience from MTN and EOS

I received a call from someone claiming to be from EOS, allegedly affiliated with MTN. This turned out to be completely false. They offered me an upgrade, which I agreed to, but I was given the wrong package. When I tried to resolve this issue, I got the runaround from both EOS and MTN. No one helped, and I spent ages trying to get in touch with them—only to be met with frustration.

I even tried contacting MTN directly, and they were just as unhelpful. To make matters worse, there are no clear contact numbers on their website for Eos , making it nearly impossible to get any resolution.

I now must wait till the incorrect package with the device comes to me and then redirect the packages as a reversal of my upgrade and this all could have been avoided if I was able to get hold of the correct person !!

I am seriously considering Canceling my contract with MTN. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
