Horrible experience.

I have logged a call beginning of Jan 2021 regarding a payment allocation, till this date, that called hasn’t been resolved. The call center people are the most annoying people I have ever dealt with! You will spent one hour on line & only to get no assistance, just being told it’s been escalated! They don’t value clients! I’m absolutely done doing business with them!
