Horrible experience

I did the coverage test for fiber and they said there was coverage where i stayed when I got the router it wouldnt work finally a consultant was honest enough to tell me that there is no coverage and should take back the router. It took me time because the mtn by my local mall wouldnt take it so had to go to Sandton city that's far from where i stay. We cancelled the guy investigated the guy at the store said my refund will take 21 working days its been 3 months it's not been cancelled and im still being debited i have been sent from pillar to post im honestly tired now
