horrible experience

I had a contract with mtn since 2012 for two black berry which I paid in full and for the first one my number was deleted on they network with out me being told anything I tried calling and promised to be given the number back but I don't know why till today and the second one the contract it ended in August 2014 but I am still being debited till today I have called the call center countless times and was told that I will be refunded and account closed I also went to they head office in century city and I was promised the same but nothing happened I want all my money in my bank account within a week I will be submitting a complaint to the consumer protection as this is *****
