horrible experience

i called in to have my lost cellphone black listed the service that I received from kamogelo was horrible and she even said her supervisor will call me to this moment I am still waiting for the supervisor to call me this morning I called in and spoke to rhandzu who was very impatient and at the end she ended the call without finalizing my query I called again and spoke to Vincent who told me that when he try to blacklist my phone it declines and that he had referred the matter to the supervisor and that I must call again after 2hours and I asked him to ask his supervisors to call me and I was told that in their department they dnt call customers but kamogelo told me that the supervisor will call me I have two different stories from two mtn consultants I am now confused I dnt know what is the real story I only wanna blacklist my phone so that I can claim from the insurance *** I honestly dnt have the whole day I cnt be calling mtn every two hours its frustrating and having to deal with the rude consultants is a nightmare
