HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I app**** for cellphone contract online and was denied,no clear reason. Then an MTN call centre agent calls and does an online application with me. Also declined citing that I do not have an account with Truworths....total disbelief because it felt like a lame excuse not to approve my application. I have a clean credit record and this was confirmed by the agent,the payment for the contract was through debit order and when she did the credit check she nforms me that I needed to have open an account with Truworths. I have an account with Mr Price clothing but was told I needed to have an account with Truworths not sure why because on the system it shows the account with Mr Price Clearly the reason was to just decline my application even when I met all the requirements..
