Horrible Experience!

Clearwater mall Franchise store. 0 stars is more fitting. Worst service ever from the staff member at the first service counter. From the moment I walked in I should have known. No willingness to assist, please don't put people in customer facing roles who seem to not want to be there. He was so unfriendly and unhelpful, I've never experienced such ahorrible engagement with someone. One comes to the store because you need help and guidance.
