HORRIBLE DISGUSTING SERVICE ALWAYS

i honestly think i am not meant to be a mtn contract customer as it is today they delivered a wrong package and as furious as i am i decided i must rather cancel the contract coz cleary taking a contract over the phone with mtn is a no no no hence this is happening to me for the second time .they even telling me that i need to go to the store to get my contract cancelled as they cant cdome collect whos fault is it and me going to the store whos petrol money must i use MAY MTN PLEASE DO ME A FAVOR AND CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AND COME COLLECT THIS NONSENSE THEY DELIVERED PLEASE SIS NEVER BEEN SO DISGUSTED
