HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND POOR WIFI

Worst customer support. 2 weeks later and I have still not received any support. I've spent hundreds of airtime on over 10 agents to ask why my home wifi isn't working, and no one can or wants to help me. Your work-from-home agents are also giving me conflicting information, with one telling me the other agent gave me the wrong advice. So where does that even leave me.
