Horrible customer service MTN vaal mall

Hello Peter... Please do something about the incompetency at the Vaal Mall branch... I've been trying to do a Sim swap since Sunday and everyday I go there im told to come back the next day... I run a business and I need my number back as in yesterday already... Can I have my issue, all three consultants weren't helpful for ****... Please give them thorough training on the system as well...
