Horrible customer service, I would not recommend this service to anybody

I have been dealing with a biing problem since April after numerous phone call attempts, email attempts, visited a branch my issue has not been resolved. As I am typing this message I am holding to speak to a customer service agent it has been 22 min already. Not counting the previous failed attempts
