Horrible Customer Service

Yet another horrific customer service experience from this company after doing an online application for yet another additional. The advisor by the name of Priya called back with the worse attitude. With me being an MTN customer for years I have finally decide to move business elsewhere. Thank goodness my contract has ended. They will not be seeing me again. MTN will most likely read this review and not even respond after all they are the telecommunications company with no communication skills. Utterly dissapointed. Horrific service. Zero customer service skills.
