Horrible customer service ever.

Mtn is the worst horrible customer service company across most big brands, callcentres needs proper training of stuff i don't even want to elaborate further because of incompetence and less customer orientation there. I have been awaiting for my refund request from December 2025, they requested Proof of payment and banking statement which I sent more than 3 times, the matter is for wifi installation which I paid for on the 22nd of December 2025 and installation was supposed to have been done atleast 3 to 5 working days but no they failed even though I tried calling and emailing them, I then cancelled the request till today im still awaiting for my funds.
