Horrible customer service by MTN SOUTH AFRICA

MTN customer service is the most inefficient customer service I have ever come across. I lost my phone when I called them to blacklist my lost phone.I was told i must call again as they have an error on the system.When I called again they needed to whitelist first and only then can they blacklist.Then the lady hung up on me,.I went to ther store.The consultant tried to assist and logged a ticket..3 days later the ticket has not been checked.I am still waiting 2 hours later 😢 😕 still no help 🙆♂️🙆♂️
