HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MTN

All I can say is that I have experienced a horrible customer service from MTN in Khayelitsha, I took out a cellphone contract with them, receive the phone on the 9th of may 2023. I had to reset the phone on my own, it took a week for them to activate my SIM card as I ported to MTN reason being, I wanted the same number. I spent excessive time trying to resolve the issue, I had to spend my own money each and every day to go to the nearest store to ask what needs to be done because there was no communication. Sunday the 28th they sent me a reminder that I need to pay R1136 on the 31st of may, tried to contact them to find out because I opted to pay R700 and something for 3 years now they are not responding to me and I have to still spend my money go to the store. Ever since I got the phone, it hasn’t been working properly. I need help!
