Horrible customer service and the complaint department also horrible customer service

I have come to truly realise that MTN doesn't care about their customer, even after writing a few reviews on Hello Peter. Their complaint department just respond on reviews for the sake of responding but nothing is ever done. After 5 weeks of waiting and following up with their repair centre and promises for the complaints department that someone will call and give feedback, nothing has happened. Even their people at the hvrc are not helpful and have bad service, they keep telling that they have escalated to people who are on leave. Kabelo the hvrc supervisor is a lair, he has been promising to follow up and then give me feedback with he never did, every time I call and ask to speak to him, he is always not available and more lies and promises that he will call me back.

I sent it my phone on the 28th of November 2018 for a warranty claim and was told that it will take 2 weeks for me to get a new phone. Five weeks later there is still no feedback from MTN, they keep telling that they are waiting for feedback from the hvrc or the person or people who have my case are on leave.
