Horrible customer service and incapable people at mtn.

Terrible customer service and MTN allowing *****sters to bypass security checks and take subscription on customer's name and expect the customer to pay for what was taken through *****ulent activity.

I have been sent from post to post regarding the ***** that happened at MTN store in Grobersdal. mnt allowed someone to bypass all security checks and were able to change lot of things on my contract account. they took some cell phone and insurance and now my service has been suspended as I refuse to pay for what was taken *****ulently on my account. Instead of getting help mtn customer service is giving me a run around, I did everything the ***** dept asked me for, however now the issue is the credit and cancellation of insurance. I have called insurance and ***** and billing dept and still no solution. Instead its a blame game between the 3 parties.
