Horrible customer service

I have been a customer for over 2 years. I want to cancel my contract which was paid up in February already,but to this date it has not been cancelled. I have contacted the customer care number twice within a space of a week and they told me they will process my information. I went into MTN zevenwacht store for assistance and they turned me away. They told me i will just have to pay.

I will not accept this as this is not my fault the contract department has done their job. This is the worse experience ever as i am being flagged and cannot apply to live at a place of residence because of this service.
