Horrible customer service

I have been using MTN for months now and everytime I have to complain about this Wi-Fi because we agreed that If I don’t pay then I won’t get my data.Now I asked them to move the 21st to the 4th because i will not be paid with the date they set and they said it’s sorted .Today I wake up and my Wi-Fi is not working and they are saying that I paid late and my Wi-Fi wont work .How inconsiderate is that considering the fact that I communicated to them about my pay date .Now I have a router that’s not work but I paid . By all mean avoid taking any Wi-Fi from MTN
