Horrible Customer Service

Utterly disgusting that you apply for a contract online and 10 days later after the verification process has been completed and you sent an agreement you still don’t have your device. MTN is talking about digital transformation but their digital sales team is not leaving up to that standard and the no communication from their team I have called and sent numerous emails but no one seems to care it’s a disgrace .. if you looking at joining MTN stay away please because you will be frustrated by they nonchalant behaviour
