Horrible customer service
I have made numerous calls to MTN to get my contract mailed to me and every time i am told we have sent your query through and your contract would be sent to you in 24 hours. No contract has been mailed to me since. I have been requesting for the past 3 months. I regret getting another contract with these people extremely *********** people. I am unable to claim from my insurance without the contract.
