Horrible Customer Service

MTN really has horrible customer service. I have been paying for Wi-Fi that worked for only 10days! And i am not getting any assistance! They have hidden fees for their contracts, and even returning the router is a mission on its own, that time it's a month-to-month contract! They change personal details without confirming with me, or at least informing me, i just receive emails claiming that I logged a ticket and a few hours later it states that the ticket has been closed. Yho i regret associating with them
