Horrible customer service

Highly disappointed with MTN Liberty Mall. I've been waiting 24 days for a cell phone contract to be approved. Initially I was told it would take no more than 24 hours. I've been following up daily. Whenever I follow up, I'm told someone will "look into it and get back to me". No-one EVER phones me back. On day 18 after I sent a complaint to MTN South Africa I was told the issue was escalated and that it will take 2-4 working days to be resolved. Yet, here we are on day 24 with no cell phone and no communication from MTN.

MTN, your customer service is horrible, to say the least.
