Horrible customer service

Really regretting my decision of taking a contract deal with them. They are unreliable and will serve you with a ton of lies, bad customer service and half of their staff aren't even prepared to answer customer questions honestly. Frustrated with just getting information on their own "recording" which they really don't wanna provide me with where they are now changing information which they said over the phone. Just horrible. Don't recommend.
