Horrible customer service
I started experiencing problems with my headsets after just 2 months, the one side just stopped working , I went to Carlton center (Johannesburg) where I was told that my headsets are still under warranty but I should return them to Randburg where I purchased the phone, after work on the 18th June 2015 at 13:55 pm I went to the store and I was assisted by Innocent Mtambo. Innocent told me and i quote \ the warranty was cancelled for headsets and chargers
