Horrible Customer Retention and Management!!!!!!

I have been a loyal MTN customer for over 10 years and I get told that I cannot get the upgrade I want because I will be over the "credit limit" by R30. What the **** is that??? I have spent thouasnds of rands with this ****ing company and want to spend thousands more only to be told this ****!!! Jesus effing Christ!!!!!
